The Fonseca Lab is seeking two graduate students for 2027. Trainees will work closely with bioinformaticians, immunologists and clinicians in a highly productive and stimulating research environment at the Deeley Research Centre, a world-class center for immunotherapy in Victoria, British Columbia. Courses and teaching assistantships will be offered on campus at the University of Victoria.

In the Fonseca laboratory, trainees will gain experience in the generation and analyses of targeted DNA sequencing, multiplexed immunofluorescence and spatial transcriptomics datasets.
